The MTL 3041 is a 3000 Series Repeater Power Supply designed to energize 2-wire, 4–20 mA transmitters in hazardous areas while accurately repeating the transmitter current to a separate safe-area circuit. The unit provides a fully floating DC supply and electrical isolation between the transmitter circuit and safe-area output, supporting reliable process instrumentation and control-system signal transmission. The MTL 3041 operates from a 20–35 VDC supply and provides approximately 17.5 V at 20 mA for the transmitter, with a maximum open-circuit output of 28 V and maximum output current of 93 mA.
