S.G. Brown is a historic British marine navigation brand best known for gyrocompasses and steering control systems. The company developed gyroscopic compass technology for ships and became an important name in marine navigation equipment. Its legacy includes the S.G. Brown Meridian gyrocompass and SG1000 systems. Today, the S.G.
